Compare this one to the bank owned home on Pleasant Valley Road, or the fixer on Shady Creek, and a pattern of pricing begins to emerge. What will be interesting to watch over the next 60 to 90 days to see which of these properties sells, and which ones are still on the market as we get into the middle or later summer, and what happens to prices.
