10164 Stotler Ave. North San Juan, .4 acres, home needs to be torn down, listed for $65,000

At the current list price of $65,000 this is the least expensive property with house I have looked at in over years. The house, of course, is so dilapidated and dangerous to enter I shot no video of interior. It was dark inside, and no power was connected. The outside was ramshackle, and falling down. Even the driveway was impassable, and no telling if the well or septic are functioning. Nobody has lived in this house for a long time. So, is it a good value? Well, actually, if the septic and well are OK, then yes, you can probably scrape the existing home, and put a manufactured home, and make good profit in the process. The real question is what’s the condition of the well and septic.
