This home is over priced. It has a lot of deferred maintenance. Appliances are old and need to be replaced. Heating system is old, and the house needs paint. If this house were all dolled up and move in ready, then yes $279,000 would be about right. In the current condition, under $250,000. Does that mean it will not sell? The price this home sells for will set the standard for the spring market. If it sell for $279,000 in this condition, then the market is definitely hot, hot, hot….
