This home has a large foot print, but some degree of functional obsolescence due to the way the floor plan is laid out. It appears as if the home was once an 1100 sf home with a two car garage. The garage was converted into two bedrooms and bathroom, and then the driveway was moved to the other side of the house. There is parking for one car off the street, but no other covered parking, and no room to build a garage. Inside, the homes suffers from the disjointed floor plan. The master bedroom is entered from a bi-fold door that enters directly onto the living room, which is small. There is downstairs game room, but it is dark, and does not have day-light slider which allow access to the creek. You could make this nice, but it would take some creative remodeling. On the other side of the kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, and guest bathroom. The bedrooms are small. Even thought the price per square foot at $170, indicates a good value, once you are inside, this home comes up short. I think this one will sell closer to $270,000, maybe even a little less. We will watch it and see what a buyer is willing to pay.
